LEARNERS from Training 2000 proved they were up to a "Changing Rooms" style challenge by transforming dull spaces into relaxing havens.
The entry to employment (e2e) learners and staff were set with the challenge of bringing disused spaces at the training provider's centres in Nelson, Blackburn and Rawtenstall to life.
Learner advocate Trish Fish said: "We were tasked to create these rest rooms across three of our centres and everyone got stuck into the job straight away.
"We got donations of fabrics, cushions, carpets and paints from local companies and set about creating three vibrant, yet very different, designs.
"Everyone got involved and showed immense enthusiasm for the challenge and the results speak for themselves."
David Raw, 16, recently joined the Nelson e2e programme.
He said: "This is a great room to chill out in."
