A DRIVER was banned for two years after refusing to take a breath test because he thought police were handling him roughly.
Christopher Pilkington, 43, of Marsden Street, Accrington, would not take the test unless handcuffs were removed, Blackpool magistrates heard.
Pilkington admitted failing to provide a specimen, driving with-out a licence, insurance or MoT and failing to answer bail.
The court heard police stopped him in Wesham for driving erratically.
He was also given a two-year conditional discharge.
