Caller: Please they're dying, please, please
Comms: Yeah give me the address
Caller: Please just come to Bacup park. There's two people been battered. There's blood coming out of their heads and they can't breathe properly, and then, oh, you have to ring back I don't think one can breathe properly
Comms: Calm down, take a breath, this call is free
Comms: Listen, will you take a T-Shirt off?
Caller: Go on
Comms: Right, fold it up, put it into a pad and then press in on the wound
Caller: Erm. The wound I can't see. It's pitch black
Comms: Have you got a torch on your phone?
Caller: I can't no I've no torch. My battery is low
Caller: Hello? Oy, one of them has stopped breathing
Comms: Right, well, listen, listen to me. Right, get that person that's injured and turn them flat on their back. Put one of your hands under the neck the other on the forehead and tilt the head back
Caller: The head's back
Comms: Right okay, put your ear next to their mouth see if you feel or hear any breathing
Caller: He's bleeding. He's bleeding. It's just coming out of him
Comms: Put your T-Shirt around his head please, will you do that?
Caller: Yeah.I can't see where blood is coming from
Comms: Take your T-Shirt off and put it around his head, get his girlfriend to hold it
Caller: His girlfriend is knocked out. She's got blood coming out of her head
Caller: The lad's woke up now he's putting his head up. Pal, pal, can you hear me? Can you hear me? Talk to me. Say something (groaning and gurgling noises can be heard in the background)
Comms: Right, what about this girl. What's she doing?
Caller: She's on the floor and she's not breathing properly.
Comms: Lie her flat on her back with nothing under her head. Right, one of your hands under her neck the other the forehead and lift and tilt her head back
Caller: There's blood coming out of her ears and now her eyes
Comms: Can somebody else take a T-Shirt off and help this girl as well?
Caller: The lad's getting up. Are you all right pal? Pal you've got to get with your girlfriend. She's proper bad. There are people dying here
Comms: Just leave him he's not in a fit state.
