The best thing about running a pub is?

My staff and customer are the best! I have a fabulous bunch of locals who rock up and keep us busy my staff are the perfect combination of sassy and professional! We are a strong team with excellent customer service and great food to go with it! We have two lambs in the back garden to keep the grass down and seeing them everyday keeps me happy.

The worst thing about running a pub is..

Having to get here for 8am to clean the pub before opening! And cleaning the brass!

The perfect hangover cure is...

Full English! And back to bed for a couple of hours
