A sports car which was being driven at 'excessive speeds and in an anti-social manner' was found parked up with the engine running and three people inside, police have said.
Officers said they found the light blue Ford, which has a black stripe on it, but the driver was 'nowhere to be seen'.
A knuckleduster was found as well, police reported.
A £200 fine was issued for the 'illegal registration plates', police added, and a form has been filed for details of the driver to be provided.
The location of where the car was discovered was not published.
Sharing a picture of the car, a Blackburn and Darwen police spokesperson said: "This vehicle was found parked up with the engine running and three occupants, however the driver was nowhere to be seen.
"This may have something to do with a knuckleduster being located.
"We have left a nice surprise of a £200 fine for the illegal registration plates and have also issued a form for details of the driver to be provided.
"Failing this being completed the keeper and insured party will be prosecuted."
