A man with links to East Lancashire is wanted over a firearms incident.

Karl Bruney, 33, of Grange Avenue, Preston, is considered dangerous and should not be approached.

The incident happened in the Ribbleton area of Preston in the early hours of Tuesday, August 2.

Bruney is 5ft 9, of heavy build and has the tattoo, 'RIP BRO', on his neck.

He has links to Longridge in the Ribble Valley. 

Detective Inspector Sean Cloherty of Preston Police, said: “I’m appealing to Karl Bruney to hand himself in to the nearest police station if he sees this information.”

Any sightings should immediately be reported using 999 and anyone with any relevant information regarding Bruney’s whereabouts should call 101, quoting log 0055 of August 2, 2022.
