Several firefighters were needed to put out a blaze which had taken hold at a property in Blackburn.
Three pumps attended to an address on Albion Street in the town on Monday afternoon after a fire broke out with in a commercial premises.
Houses, as well as a block of flats, warehouses and businesses are located on the street.
Crews were on the scene for around 20 minutes.
A spokesman said: “Three fire engines from Blackburn and Darwen attended a fire involving a commercial building on Albion Street in Blackburn.
“Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for approximately 20 minutes.”
