A BLACKBURN High School underwent a major transformation in 1989.
St Bede’s RC High School on Green Lane got a new gymnasium, hi-tech science lab and improved library facilities for pupils.
A Lancashire Telegraph photographer was invited into the school when the improvements were completed getting a sneak preview of what pupils could expect.
