A multi award-winning East Lancashire baker has launched an exciting DIY kit and customers are raving about it.
Molly Robbins, who recently opened her first cake shop in her Rawtenstall hometown, has started selling her popular cookie pizza kits online.
This comes after their popularity in her Bank Street shop.
Posting to Facebook, Molly, who starred in four seasons of Channel 4 Extreme Cake Makers, said: “You guys have gone crazy for the giant cookie pizza kits in the shop, so now they’re also available on the website.
“They are super easy to do for any age and are perfect for a rainy afternoon activity.”
These quirky kits contain everything you need to bake and decorate a giant seven inch chewy vanilla cookie, disguised as a tasty pizza.
Icing, chocolate and sweets have been cleverly designed to look like traditional pizza toppings.
The kit includes:
- Cookie mix (just add water and butter/margarine)
- instruction sheet
- greaseproof paper baking sheet
- royal icing “tomato sauce”
- white chocolate “cheese”
- chocolate “black olives”
- icing “pepperoni”
- icing “mushrooms”
- icing “ham”

The kits are on sale for £8.99.
Since posting the update on social media, hundreds of people have showed their excitement and messages of support.
Louise Chambers said: “What a brilliant idea.”

“Thanks Molly they look amazing and I'm sure my boys will love making them,” said another.
Molly, who is the daughter of actor and comedian Ted Robbins, best known for portraying Den Perry in Phoenix Nights, opened the cake shop last month.
Molly describes her business as “a little bit different”, selling both “cakes and cute stuff”.
As well as custom cakes, seasonal cupcakes and character cakes, the shop sells a range of range of other interesting items such as her cookie baking kits.
