A man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle after he was spotted climbing over the wall of an address last night.
Overnight security at Ewood Park, Blackburn, saw the man acting suspiciously and informed police before he went over the wall to access a property on Bolton Road.
Tactical officers from Lancashire Police then cornered the suspect who was hiding in a shed before arresting him for the two previous offences.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "Good result in Blackburn, eagle eyed overnight security at Ewood Park spotted a suspicious male climbing over the wall of an address on Bolton Road.
"T3 Response, @LancsTacOps and @LancsARV cornered the suspect hiding in a shed - arrested him for burglary and theft of motor vehicle."
