Sex offender who is a 'risk to women and children' last seen in Blackburn
A sex offender who is considered to be a risk to women and children was last seen in an East Lancashire town.
Shaun Aver is wanted for failing to comply with his notification requirements and was last seen in Blackburn on Thursday, June 23.
Aver, 36, also has links to Preston, Blackpool and Fleetwood.
Now officers have released a new appeal in a bid to track him down.
A spokesman said: “On Thursday, we issued a public appeal for information and now we have new footage of him in Blackburn.
“Aver is considered a risk to women and children.
“He is 5ft 6, medium build, with short brown hair. If you have seen him, please call 101 immediately quoting log 0925 of June 23. In an emergency call 999.”
