A man accused of six ‘flashing’ incidents around the Burnley and Padiham area has denied all charges.
Police launched an investigation after a series of indecent exposure offences were committed in the areas over a nine-month period.
Paul Whittaker, 58, was arrested and charged with the alleged offences and is being held in custody at HMP Preston.
In a plea and trial preparation hearing at Preston Crown Court on Thursday, June 23, Whittaker pleaded not guilty to all six counts of indecent exposure which allegedly occurred between August 17, 2021, and May 10, 2022.
Whittaker, 58, of Berrington Way, Oakworth, Keighley, will remain on remand in prison until his trial on October 24.
Two other men who were arrested in connection with the investigation have been released without further action.
