Police recovered a stolen motorbike following complaints two men were riding around dangerously in Blackburn.
Officers said the two males were spotted with no helmet or protective clothing by residents.
A spokesperson for Blackburn and Darwen Police said: "Unfortunately for them, the bike was left unattended and found by Task Force so has now been seized to return to its rightful owner.
"The rider also decided to leave his bag for officers to collect; containing Class A drugs and a bank card with details on.
"Officers were alerted to this male by the community who were annoyed with the riders behaviour.
"Please continue to report nuisances to us as we will not stand for this behaviour on our streets."
