Burnley Road was closed in both directions outside Shuttleworth College in Padiham
A busy road outside a college in Padiham was closed in both directions.
Burnley Police said Burnley Road had been closed outside Shuttleworth College this morning.
Motorists were asked to avoid the stretch between Cowley Crescent and Dryden Street and take alternative routes where possible.
The road has now been reopened.
