Junction 8 sign on the M65
A speeder has been fined more than £350 and given four points after being caught on the M65.
Stephen Peace, 29, was near the Altham Lane overbridge between junctions seven and eight of the motorway when he was seen travelling over 70mph on July 19 in a Land Rover.
Peace, of Bentclough Cottage, Colne, has been fined £361 and his licence has been endorsed with four points after pleading guilty at Preston Magistrates Court on May 4.
He has also been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £110.
