A highly anticipated dance festival returns to East Lancshire next week.

Following the success of last year's event, Restricted Forest will return to Blackburn's Witton Park on Saturday, June 25, with organisers already hailing it their 'biggest show yet'.

Promoter and organiser, Zander Lawrenson, said: "Set in the unique venue of Witton Park woods, Restricted Forest has always been one of the best experiences you can have when it comes to a festival and this year it will feature some of the best old skool legends Blackburn has ever seen."

Lancashire Telegraph:

There will be three arenas hosted by Restricted Events, Clubland and S2S, with the line-up featuring sets from world renowned artists such as Snap, Basshunter, Sash, Dave Pearce and many more.

Mr Lawrenson added: "Basshunter will be flying in from Dubai to perform on the Clubland stage alongside the group Snap, Dj Sash, Ultrabeat, singer Christina Novelli and many more.

"In fact 50 more artists will be performing from 12pm until 11pm.

"Restricted Forest is now 95 per cent sold out with all VIP tickets sold out months ago.

"This will be our biggest show yet with around 6,000 people attending one of the most unique festivals right here in Blackburn.

"I am absolutely delighted with the way this festival has been going.

Lancashire Telegraph:

"Due to the current situation more and more festivals have been postponing or even cancelling due to the lack of ticket sales, so to be in this position is a very good feeling.

"We can’t stress enough if you are wanting to come to the Restricted Forest Festival on June 25 we urge you act quickly to secure your tickets.

"Once we sell out there will be no tickets on the door. Thank you and see you all soon."

Restricted Forest is an over 18s only dance festival and will be held on Saturday, June 25, at Blackburn's Witton Park.

Cost of a standard ticket is £30. Tickets for Restricted Forest can be found on skiddle.com.
