FIVE people have been arrested following a brawl in a town centre pub last night.
Police were called to The Sun pub in Astley Gate, Blackburn, at around 8pm on Monday after receiving reports a fight had broken out.
Five people were arrested - one on suspicion of affray and four on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
A huge police presence was spotted in the area and the road was blocked off while officers dealt with the incident.
Images and video from the scene show a group of officers standing in the middle of the road close to the old Debenhams, while people congregated outside the pub's entrance.
There are at least seven police vehicles visible in the video and one riot van, and it is also believed the police helicopter was launched.
A spokesperson for the police said: "It was a fight in a pub – The Sun.
