A DRIVER caught using his mobile phone while behind the wheel was also found to be driving a vehicle without a valid MOT.
The driver was spotted by officers in Preston New Road, Blackburn, yesterday evening and was pulled over.
He will receive a £200 fine and six points for the use of a mobile phone and a further £100 fine for driving with an expired MOT.
Lancashire Police said: "A very expensive phone call for this driver who was stopped by #HO31 just off Preston New Road.
"£200 fine and six points for using. £100 fine for expired MOT."
