Nursery school pupils celebrate Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
Pupils from a Blackburn nursery school celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Palm Tree Nursery School children joined staff for the celebrations ahead of the half-term break.
Noreen Hameed, Headteacher at Palm Tree Nursery, based on St Silas Road said: "We made cucumber sandwiches for a picnic, made crowns and the children had their faces painted. They had so much fun.
"Even the wet weather couldn’t dampen our spirits."
