TWO police officers were injured during an incident involving children who had absconded from their care home.
The incident, which took place on Wednesday at Preston Rail Station, saw two cops left with minor injuries as they assisted.
A spokesman said: “Two teenagers who had absconded from care were found on a train at #Preston. One of them refused to alight and was threatening, volatile, shouting, swearing and resisting.
“Two officers received minor injuries. Both youths were removed safely and returned to the care home.”
