Firefighters tackled a kitchen fire in early hours of the morning.
Two fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn were called at 4.06am this morning (May 22) to a blaze in a kitchen on Clifton Street, Rishton.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "At 04:06 on the 22nd May 2022, two fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended a domestic building fire on Clifton Street, Rishton. The fire involved the kitchen of the property.
"Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
"Crews were in attendance for approximately one hour and twenty minutes."
