A van driver tested positive for cocaine on a roadside cocaine test
A van driver has been arrested after testing positive on a roadside cocaine test after driving in an ‘erratic manner’.
The van, carrying cones and road signs, was reported by a member of the public to be driving in an ‘erratic’ manner on the M55.
Officers managed to stop the vehicle on the M65 where the driver gave a positive roadside drugs wipe for cocaine.
The driver has been arrested and the vehicle was recovered.
