Here’s a photo which will bring back a few memoires. Taken in 1989 it shows the bus shelters on the Boulevard in Blackburn.
The cathedral is off to the right.
How many of us have waited in these shelters for a bus home? They disappeared when the bus station was remodelled.
This area is now part of Blackburn's Cathedral Quarter.
