AN adults-only circus is heading back to East Lancashire in June.
Cirque du Vulgar is a night of risqué live entertainment, featuring stunning strip-tease routines, electrifying daredevil stunts and filthy comedy – and it is coming to Rawtenstall next month.
The act, which has recently been called up to perform at Glastonbury Festival, is strictly for over-18s.
Cirque du Vulgar spokesman said: “Under the Big Top, this brand new production blends modern circus acts with outrageous adult humour for an unforgettable experience.”
Previous ticket holders have great things to say about the event. It holds a 5/5 star rating, according to over 240 Facebook reviewers.
One person said: “Saw this in Bury a few weeks ago. Best night out I've had in ages. Well worth going to see.”
Another said: “Amazing! Best night I’ve had in ages.
“Laughed from start to finish, would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t blush easily and loves a laugh.”
“I was either laughing or jaw dropped for the whole show,” said another. “I wish the night never ended.”
Another said: “What a show absolutely loved it, can't wait to go again.
“Awesome straps routine, loved the motorbike foot twirling lady, really want a go at the invert moonwalk thing. I haven't laughed or been impressed so much in a long time!”
It’s not the first time this circus act has come to East Lancashire, descending on Nelson in March 2019.
