AN intrepid photographer took this photo from the top of a nearby mill chimney showing Randal Street and its junction with Victoria Street in Blackburn in 1975.
In the foreground you can see the foundations going in for a new old people’s centre. Does anyone remember the church, top left, which looks as though it was in the process of being demolished?
