If you're stuck for something to do this weekend then look no further than an East Lancashire venue which is hosting two incredible tribute acts.

On Friday night, the Stereotonics, the UK's best Stereophonics tribute act, will be gracing the stage at St Mary's Chambers in Rawtenstall.

Since forming in mid-1999, Stereotonics fast became one of the UK's leading tribute bands, and with the same vocal style as Kelly Jones, lead singer, Paul Higginson, has fined tuned the sound of the band to make it as close to the real thing as possible.

A spokesperson for the Rossendale venue said: "The band played a sensational sold out set for us in 2019 and we can't wait for their return.

"They are often seen on the festival scene throughout the spring and summer months and play to large crowds that can range from anything from 500 people to a staggering 10,000."

The band have a wealth of experience and have played more than 1,000 gigs since they started, and using the same guitars and wearing the same clothes, watching Stereotonics could almost be like watching the real Stereophonics.

Support comes from local singer/songwriter Anthony Davies playing acoustic indie and Brit Pop classics.

On Saturday night, lovers of pop sensation P!nk can see Vicky Jackson performing as the icon following the success of her first show at St Mary's in October 2021.

The venue spokesperson added: "One of the best that we have hosted at St Mary’s Chambers since our management of the venue began, we can't wait to welcome Vicky back to our stage for another incredible night of Pink's greatest hits and most recent songs.

"A sensational live show dedicated to the multi-platinum selling superstar."

For more than a decade, Vicky Jackson has been wowing audiences worldwide with her energetic and accurate portrayal of the American Grammy award-winning singer.

She is the definitive Pink tribute, combining all of Pink's major hits over a 20-year period right up to the most recent releases.

Tickets for all shows are on sale now from www.stmaryslive.com or call the box office on 01706 223 222, alternatively, it is possible to pay at the door.
