Cathedral School of St Paul in Blackburn, 1964
IT is almost 50 years since this interesting-looking building welcomed pupils.
Taken in 1964, the photo shows the Cathedral School of St Paul in Blackburn which had closed and would soon be demolished. New Park Street runs to the left of the building with St Paul's Street running across the front.
The area would be part of major changes around Blackburn town centre and Blackburn College occupies the site today
