Hollywood Bowl, Stanley Street, Blackburn, 1991
TEN pin bowling became the leisure activity everyone wanted to do when a state-of-the-art bowling alley opened in Blackburn.
Hollywood Bowl on Stanley Street featured 24 lanes and there was also a bar and food service which immediately made it popular for parties and works’ celebrations.
This picture is from 1991, the complex had been officially opened late the previous year.
