FOUR fire engines were called out to tackle a kitchen blaze yesterday evening.
Crews from Great Harwood, Blackburn and Hyndburn fire stations arrived on the scene on Princess Street, Great Harwood at around 7.50pm on Saturday.
There they found a blaze underway in a house's kitchen.
The firefighters were able to use breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire and clear the smoke.
No injuries have been reported.
