A new Heron Foods is set to open in Blackburn.
According to their website, Heron Foods are opening a new store in Blackburn Market on Church Street.
As part of the launch, the company is looking to recruit for various permanent positions.
These included part time sales assistants, senior part time sales assistants, duty managers, and a store cleaner.
It is not yet known when the store will be open or which unit it will occupy, but it will be the second store to open in the town, with the first in Shadsworth.
Heron Foods is a food retail business providing its customers with 'high quality, low priced products'.
Since joining forces with B&M they have continued with growth plans, now with over 280 stores and with new store openings month-by-month.
In 2020 a store was opened in Union Street in Oswaldtwistle.
