A pair of social media stars who live in Blackburn have made their television debut on E4 show, Celebrity Coach Trip.

Twin brothers Jamil and Jamel Neffati, who moved to the UK 10 years ago, have made their name on video sharing platform, TikTok, where they post videos to their 17.1 million followers.

Their content is varied and includes anything from dance to funny videos.

Now, the Neffati brothers have been rubbing shoulders with other famous faces as they make an appearance in the fourth season of Celebrity Coach Trip, a show which sees pairs of celebrities embarking on a coach tour across Portugal, voting for who they want to eject from the coach until one team is crowned as the winner.

Loose Women panellist Linda Robson, actress Lesley Joseph, soap star Paul Danan and Love Island winner Paige Turley, are just a handful of famous faces who have also appeared in this series.

While the show has been running since 3 January, Jamel and Jamil, who grew up in Tunisia and Poland, only made their appearance in episode 10.

Posting to their Instagram account, they said: “This is something we always dreamed about but we never doubted it!

“Thank you all for supporting us from the day one and without you we wouldn’t come so far.”

They also shared pictures from their experience on the show – including their broken down vehicle which almost made them miss their flight to Portugal.

In one of the latest episodes, which aired on Tuesday (18 January), the pair were handed their first yellow card after the coach cast their votes – one more and they will be removed from the coach and their Celebrity Coach Trip experience would be over.

Speaking about their experience on the show, the twins told the Lancashire Telegraph: “All we can say is to be on Celebrity Coach Trip is such a blessing.

“We did so many amazing things in Portugal and we just loved everyone from the cast – all different people, different personalities – it was so much fun and we’ve made real friendships too.

“We were so excited to reveal to our TikTok as well and it’s great because they’ve been so supportive. Our motto is always to just enjoy it and have fun and we totally did that, we’re both so grateful.”

For the last nine months, the twins have been training at Combat Performance martial arts centre, Chadwick Street Mill, Blackburn.

Head coach, Rob Freedman, said they "train hard" and "get stuck in".

Rob said:"They've trained with me for about 9 months.

"They first came to me with a request to train them for a fight that would be a 2 on two fight against two other Tik Tok stars.

"For two comedy actors, they turn up to the gym, train hard and get stuck in with all the fighters here at the club."

Celebrity Coach Trip continues on E4 tonight at 8pm.
