Police release image of man wanted in ‘stalking investigation’
Police said they want to speak to this Blackburn man as they conduct an investigation into stalking.
Usman Rasul, 30, is described as 5ft 8ins tall, of a heavy build with a shaven head.
Anyone with information about Rasul’s whereabouts is asked to call 101, quoting log 0913 of January 2, 2022. For immediate sightings call 999.
