A woman is being sought by police in connection with theft and fraud offences.
The incidents occurred in Stockbridge Road, Padiham at around 4pm on October 21 2021.
Police have now released CCTV of a woman they would like to speak with in relation to the offences.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Do you recognise the woman in the CCTV images?
"We want to speak to her in connection with a theft and fraud.
"It happened in Stockbridge Road, Padiham, at around 4pm on October 21.
"We have conducted numerous enquiries but have so far been unable to identify her.
"That is why we are now asking for the public’s help."
