NEW data from UK’s biggest property website, Rightmove, has revealed the most viewed homes over the Christmas period – and a Lancashire property topped the list.
A 2.5 million pound home on East Beach in Lytham St Annes was one of the most viewed Rightmove homes in December.
With luxe interiors and bespoke furnishings, it’s clear to see why.
This stunning home won an award for the best residential conversion of an existing home.
The home really does need to be seen to be believed, with unique interior décor throughout, including its handmade fitted kitchen.
The six-bedroom, two-bathroom property includes a spacious games room and its own cinema room, alongside a bar that’s perfect for entertaining.

It is also located across the road from Lytham Windmill, which the listing agent says offers a view “pretty enough for a postcard”.

According to Reis, buyers from all over the UK have expressed interest in the property – with some prospective buyers even flying in from Portugal to view it.
Reis said: “We’ve had a really good response to that property. It used to be two separate dwellings and it has been renovated from top to bottom and stripped back to bare brickwork almost.
“The majority of furnishings in there is bespoke and handmade for the property itself – especially the staircase which is really breathtaking.
“No expense has been spared really and it is just very classy and modern.
