A number of drivers have been fined up to £220 for speeding on Grane Road.
The road, which connects Haslingden and Guide has three different speed limits all with average speed cameras, with the first section at 30mph, the second section at 50mph and the last section leading to guide at 40mph.
Taner Cura, 50, was caught on camera on May 14, 2021, driving a BMW on Grane Road between Holden Place and the Haslingden Western faster that the 30mph speed limit.
Cura, of Daisyfield Business Centre, Appleby Street, Blackburn, was found guilty on December 2, and has been fined £220.
He has also been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and ordered to pay costs of £90 - he has also had his licence endorsed with three points.
Gary Miller, 62, has been fined and given three points on his licence after being captured by automatic cameras on May 2 speeding on Grane Road between Holden Place and the Haslingden Western where a 30mph speed limit is in place.
Miller, of Rosendale Crescent, Bacup, was proved guilty on November 25 and fined £220 as well as being ordered to pay a victim service charge of £34 and costs of £90 - a total payment of £344.
Irfan Matak, 44, has been fined £220 for driving a BMW over the 30mph speed limit between the Haslingden Western and Holden Place on May 17, 2021.
Matak, of Whalley Range, Blackburn, was proved guilty on December 6, 2021.
He was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge for victim services of £34 and £90 in costs - a total payment of £344.
His licence was given three points on his licence.
Jason Kenneth Birtwistle, 48, has been fined £40 for breaking the 30mph speed limit on Grane Road between Holden Place and the Haslingden Western.
On May 16, Birtwistle, of Woodcroft Street, Reedsholme, was caught by automatic speed cameras while driving a Vauxhall over the speed limit.
As well as a £40 fine, Birtwistle also has his licence endorsed with three points, was ordered to pay a victim charge of £34 and costs of £90. He will pay £20 per month.
Syed Abbas Rizvi, 37, has been fined £40 and given three points on his licence for exceeding the 40mph speed limit between Haslingden Road and Elton Road, at the end of Grane Road near the Pack Restaurant.
Rizvi, of Railway Street, Nelson, was caught by the average speed cameras on January 18, 2020, in an Audi and entered a guilty plea on November 24, 2021.
Rizvi must also pay a victim service charge of £32 and costs of £85 payment - a total payment of £157.
Abusina Qurishe, 23, has been fined £40 and given three points on his licence for exceeding the 40mph speed limit in a Vauxhall between Haslingden Road and Elton Road, at the end of Grane Road near the Pack Restaurant.
Qurishe, of Downham Street, Blackburn, was caught by the average speed cameras on December 16, 2019 and pleaded guilty on November 25, 2021.
As well as a £40 fine, Quirshe was also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £90 costs - a total payment of £162.
