St Paul's dedication service, Blackburn, 1978
Such was the interest in Blackburn’s newest church that some parishioners crowded into the schoolroom at St Paul’s, Blackburn, to watch the dedication service of the new church being relayed to them on closed circuit TV. It was 1978 before large screen TVs so a humble family telly had to do!
