Fans of Strictly Come Dancing professional, Katya Jones, will get to meet her in person this month – and even get a signed autograph from the star.

Ticket-holders will get the chance to meet Katya at King George’s Hall in Blackburn where she is starring in a pantomime.

The 32-year-old is starring as the Evil Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, a role which she is playing from now until 31 December.

The professional dancer turned up in Blackburn for her first performance last weekend.

After her very first show, Katya also posted an update about how it went – mentioning that she got a lot of boos during the process.

She said: “First show went well. There were no disasters. I got a lot of booing going on which is always a good thing because I am playing the baddie.

“Ready for the second one I am still going over my script so I am constantly on top of it. I absolutely loved it though

“So much fun. I can’t wait for the next 10 days. Come and see us in Blackburn.

However, die-hard fans can now see the dancer off the stage as well as on it as she is hosting meet and greets.

A spokesperson for King George's Hall said: “Meet and Greets with Katya Jones are now available.

“Take pictures with the Strictly Come Dancing Star and receive a signed programme too.”

The meet and greets will take place on four separate dates in December, both before and after the show.

You must have tickets for the pantomime to attend the meet and greet and purchase the meet and greet ticket separately.

Masks must be worn throughout and social distancing must be observed.

Many people are excited about the prospect of a meet and greet, with others saying they loved Katya’s performance in the panto.

One person said: Definitely thinking about booking again so we can do meet and greet.”

Another said: “She was so good, my son’s favourite character.”

Our own Lancashire Telegraph reviewer, who went to see a show this week, said: “Katya  delivered some Strictly jokes, with a fab-u-lous Craig Revel Horwood impression and plenty of Ballroom and Latin dances - including a revival of her 2016 ‘Gangnam Style’ performance, with Ed Balls having been replaced by the lovable Muddles, played by Charlie Guest.”
