Tiggi's, Blackburn, 1993
In its day this was one of Blackburn’s most popular restaurants. Taken in 1993, this photo from the archives shows Tiggi’s on King William Street. To enter you had to go down the steps and into the basement of what was then the Apollo Cinema. The whole building was formerly the Cotton Exchange.
