CRASH: Road closed at Bank Top leading to Redlam
A BLACKBURN road has been closed by police following a car accident.
The incident occurred at around 5.30pm today (December 6), on Bank Top A674 leading to Redlam.
Traffic is heavy but being diverted and the condition of the drivers is currently unknown.
