Live music nights have been such a roaring success for an East Lancashire bar, that they're continuing the theme right up until Christmas.

Deux Amis in Whalley has been hosting live music from local artists every weekend since fully re-opening after lockdown.

And after a sell-out event at the beginning of November, the last remaining music nights before Christmas are sure to be just as popular.

Lancashire Telegraph:

Co-owner of the venue, Mark Friend, said: "Our Countdown to Christmas music nights have been booking up really fast and we only have limited availability left on certain nights.

"People can pre book tickets online from our website for £30pp, which includes sharing boards, flatbreads and nibbles, with their table guaranteed all night."

Mr Friend and pal Ollie Birchall opened Deux Amis as a brunch restaurant in the middle of the pandemic, but thanks to the support of the Whalley community and their creative team of staff, the business has gone from strength to strength, and Deux Amis is now open for late-night dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

The next live music night is this Saturday, December 11, with the final two events of the year on Friday December 17 and Saturday December 18.

Music starts at 7pm until 9pm with tables being available from 6:30pm.
