Christmas is back and better than ever before in The Mall Blackburn!

A brand-new magical Christmas adventure will take children on a journey from the make-believe Blackburnigum Station, all the way to Yulevik Station to meet Santa at The Christmas Palace.

From November 27, right up to Christmas Eve, the Santaland Express will be ready and waiting in The Mall to transport visitors through virtual time and space to meet the big man himself.

Families will be welcomed to a quaint train station by Station Master Elfo, then it’s all aboard the Santaland Express where music, sound effects and high-tech visuals create the feeling you’re travelling this-way, that-way, side-ways and back-ways before you ‘arrive’ at the Christmas Kingdom.

Carriage doors open into the beautifully decorated Grand Hall where Santa will be waiting to meet and greet each and every child.

Not only does each child enjoy the train journey, meet Santa, and receive a quality gift, they also come away with a novel keepsake train ticket, and parents are welcome to take photos throughout.

People are being urged to book online to avoid disappointment and enjoy one of the region’s most polished and authentic festive experiences.

Tickets are £9.95 per child including a maximum of one parent. A limited number of walk-up slots will also be available.

Late night shopping will also be returning, with plenty of dates for people to choose from.
