A 22-year-old was arrested after being found without a licence or insurance, before also failing a roadside drug test.
Officers stopped the man who was driving a BMW in Rossendale earlier this morning (November 12).
Police found he had no insurance or licence and he failed a roadside drug test for cannabis.
The man was arrested on suspicion of drug-driving and the vehicle was seized.
A spokesman for the police said: “This morning in Rossendale we stopped a 22-year-old local male driving a BMW who had neither a licence or insurance.
“His day got worse when he failed a roadside drug wipe for cannabis so was arrested on suspicion of drug-driving with the car seized under s.165.”
