Stalls are set to open every Saturday at an East Lancashire market in the run up to Christmas.

A range of pop-up stalls will be trading in Blackburn Market each weekend as festive shoppers prepare for 'holiday season'.

The stalls will be based on the new indoor, urban street style trading area, Holme Street.

These regular events have already featured a range of artists, crafters and gift stalls. Everything from vintage clothes to a bakery for dogs will be available.

The pop-up stalls will be at the market on the following dates:

November: 6th, 20th, 27th

December: 4th, 11th, 18th

The team at Blackburn Market are hoping "the new shopping experiences will attract new visitors to the market who can enjoy the existing stalls and incredible choice in the food hall too".

The market has also announced its Christmas opening hours, with Sunday openings starting on November 28 and extended opening hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

The latest opening hours can be found by clicking HERE.

People wanting to trade at these events, can register their interest on the Blackburn Market website.

Enquiries are also being welcomed from groups and organisers, who want to use Holme Street for their own events. Contact Blackburn Market on hello@blackburnmarket.com for more information.
