Grimshaw Park, Blackburn
A MAIN road into the centre of Blackburn has now re-opened following a 'concern for welfare incident'.
Blackburn with Darwen Police attended the Grimshaw Park canal bridge at around 6am and officers shut the road in both directions from the A6078 Russell Street to Haslingden Road.
The road re-opened at 7.45am.
