A MAN who failed to take good advice from the police ended up being arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
Blackburn magistrates heard Brandon Warren was told to leave the area after officers interrupted a row between him and his girlfriend.
Instead he started shouting abuse at the officers.
Marren, 20, of Preston New Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Paxton Street, Accrington.
He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge.
Jonathan Taylor, defending, said his client accepted he had too much to drink and should have shown more restraint.
