THROUGHOUT time, dancing has always been great at letting us release emotions...who remembers all those dances that brought a smile to our faces on Tik Tok in lockdown.
So we have delved into our archives and found some great photos of dancing throughout the ages in East Lancashire.
They range from people dressing up in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s for the disco and then also some good photographs of champion Irish Dancers from Blackburn.
There are also some general shots of people dancing in both Blackburn and Burnley then others we do not know a lot of information about.
