Man detained under mental health act after women groped in Blackburn
A MAN has been detained under the mental health act after several women were groped in a town centre.
Detectives launched an investigation on Tuesday after women reported being approached by a man in and around Blackburn.
Shortly after the appeal was launched, the man was found.
An update now reveals that the man has been detained under the mental health act and officers do not need to speak to anyone else in relation to the investigation.
