A luxury restaurant and shisha café has announced it will open its first franchise in Blackburn.
The Noir Restaurant & Lounge launched in London and has revealed its second branch will open in Lancashire soon.
The restaurant is alcohol free and offers ‘halal steaks, curries and burgers’. It is also operates a strict dress code policy of smart and casual clothing and does ‘not permit tracksuits or hoodies’.
It is not known if the restaurant will look to enforce the rulings when the Blackburn franchise launches.
The London venue also operates a strict 'one between two shisha pipe policy' and only accepts customers over the age of 18.
When contacted the restaurant was unable to reveal the location of the opening at this stage.
