An investigation has been launched after a motorbike was found on fire in a field.
Fire crews were called to Livesey Branch Road, Blackburn, on Sunday evening (October 10) to reports of a motorbike on fire.
An engine from Blackburn responded and found the vehicle well alight in a field.
A hose reel was used to put out the fire and crews were in attendance for around 20 minutes.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “At 8.54pm, crews from Blackburn tackled a fire involving a small motorbike on Livesey Branch Road in Blackburn.
“The vehicle was in a field and well alight when firefighter arrived.
“They used a hose reel to put the fire out and were in attendance around twenty minutes.
“An investigation into the fire is now underway.”
