JYSK store on Lower Audley Street, Blackburn, with Costa Coffee cups
A MAN has been fined after being caught littering on a Blackburn retail park.
Matthew Ferguson, of Ermine Close, Blackburn, was proven to have 'dropped and left' a Costa Coffee packet outside the JYSK furniture store on Lower Audley Street on March 23.
Preston magistrates' court heard the case on September 21 and subsequently fined Ferguson £220.
He has also been ordered to pay costs of £85, along with a surcharge to fund victim services at £34.
Ferguson has until October 19 to pay £339 in full.
